Stop N´Go Services

We offer low-cost, convenient repair services as well as advice and assistance with system upgrades, preventive maintenance and other non-repair services.

  • Drop-off Repair Service
    We have a drop-off service at our Marbella location for any equipment that is in need of repair. Please contact us for additional information or to arrange a time to drop-off your damaged equipment.
  • On-Site Repair Service
    If your equipment needs repaired but you are unable to drop it off at our location, we can visit your work site to evaluate and fix the problems you are experiencing. Please contact us for additional information about this service or to arrange an appointment time.
  • Maintenance Contracts
    We provide service subscriptions for many brands of computer equipment. Prices vary according to brand names. In most cases we offer contracts at rates lower than the manufacturer's suggested retail rate. We can also customize a service plan to fit your particular mix of equipment and service needs.
  • Equipment Return/Shipment
    When equipment needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair, we can arrange for the shipment of your unit whether it is in warranty or out-of-warranty.
  • Diagnostics
    We offer services to ensure peak performance and help you detect the cause of any problems you are having with your equipment.
  • Troubleshooting
    We can determine whether a problem with your equipment is hardware or software related by using various diagnostic tools.
  • Upgrades
    We offer several different types of upgrades including the installation of memory, internal drives, and other products.
  • Data Back-Up and Recovery
    We can attempt to back up a damaged hard drive onto other media or we can direct you to the companies that specialize in that type of service. Prices vary according to the size of the hard drive. Estimates are available.
  • Custom Services
    Need help with any aspect of maintaining your computer equipment? Call us and we can discuss new or existing programs to assist you. Examples of custom services currently in place include:
    • Manufacturer training for technical personnel
    • Parts exchange program
    • Mixed-vendor maintenance
    • Labor-only programs
    • Cluster services

    Repairs are completed on equipment as we receive it. The current wait time is posted at our front desk to let you know how long your repair should take. We will contact you when service is completed on your equipment.

    Our services include consulting to departments or individuals on an as-needed basis. We can help in making recommendations for upgrades, equipment purchases or company needs.

    Available for all Marbella buildings.
  • Pick-up and Delivery
    Available to most Marbella locations for a nominal charge.

Stop N´Go Repair Terms and Conditions

WARNING: We cannot take responsibility for the contents of your computer's hard disk unless prior arrangements for backup have been made.

Regular hard disk backups are an important part of responsible computer ownership. We assume that, prior to submitting your system for repair -- no matter what the problem -- you have taken the simple precaution of performing a backup of your computer's hard disk. In the event that you have not done so, please let us know immediately and we will backup your hard disk for you as part of the repair service.

Caution

 

Date & Time - If your main logic board or system battery has been replaced, or your system has been turned off for several days, your computer's date and time may have changed. Although we check each repaired unit's date and time, we advise all customers to verify their computer's date and time, once the system has been set up at its "home" location or prior to its first use.

Warranty

Equipment whose repair is covered under manufacturer's warranty requires proof of purchase for warranty repair. Costs for the repair of equipment whose warranty status is denied by the manufacturer is your responsibility.

We warrant replacement parts we supply against failure for 90 days following any repair. If problems related to the original repair recur during the warranty period, the part(s) will be repaired or replaced at our expense.

Any replacement parts you may have provided have been installed, if necessary, but are not warranted.

Pick-up & Delivery

We can arrange for next day equipment delivery or pick-up to and from Marbella office buildings for a fee ranging from €15-€30 (based on number of people needed to move the equipment and type of delivery required).

Payment

Repairs to Individuals may make payment (along with applicable sales tax) with cash, check, Mastercard, Visa .Repairs must be paid for at the time that the equipment is picked up.

Equipment Pick Up Policy

Please be aware that we have a limited amount of space for storage, and as a result can not hold onto equipment longer than 30 days. If you do not pick up your equipment within 30 days from the completion of the work requested it will be sent away for recycling. We do our best to contact customers by phone or email, but in the event we are not able to reach you it is your responsibility to retrieve your equipment in a reasonable period of time.
